Disabled Parking

As has been done in the past, we will be making disabled parking available closer to the camping area. Several things to consider-

1. You must provide proof you are entitled to disabled parking in Ontario- we will accept a copy of form 002-SR-LV-129E (Application for Accessible Parking Permit) as long as it is complete and contains your physician's signature, an interim permit issued by the Province of Ontario or an Accessible Parking Permit, issued by the Province of Ontario, or any other government issued permit similar to these standards. 2. Pre-registration is strongly advised and must be received at least two weeks in advance of the event. Please contact the Autocrat directly - Baroness Matilda of Swynford, and include your mundane name, your SCA name, vehicle plate number and a copy of the above listed form. When you arrive on site, let the Gate staff know that you have a reservation and they will give you your parking pass.
3. Should you not pre-register, we will do our best to assist you but we cannot guarantee a location in the preferred parking area. Should this happen, Gate staff and the Parking Marshal will do their best to assist you.
4. Anyone parking in the reserved accessible spaces without a War of the Trillium parking tag clearly displayed will be towed at the owner's expense. Even if you are 'just dropping something off' or 'only going to be a minute' we will be enforcing a zero tolerance policy on this matter. Don't be that guy.
