Meetings?

Good Afternoon!

We've been getting some questions about meetings and other gatherings at War of the Trillium, so I thought I'd explain things :)

We have rented a giant, huge, ginormous tent for any and all meetings, so we don't have to conflict with A&S classes! Mistress Lucrece has so many interesting classes booked, I can't imagine trying to find time in her busy schedule anyways.

So, we'd love to host your meeting in our big tent! Please email me and I'll list your date and time on the main schedule on the website. Guilds, Krewes, Orders and any other groups are welcome to hold their meetings and gatherings here as well. Also, there will be outdoor space in the marketplace for more public gatherings, like meet'n'greets and teas, should people want to host something like that. We've got the space, you make the plans!
